Product Details

The Gates G20306-2020 (20GS-20FL45S) is a premium GlobalSpiral hydraulic coupling designed for high-pressure, high-impulse spiral-wire hydraulic hose applications. This Code 61 O-Ring flange fitting features a 45-degree bent tube configuration for 1-1/4 inch hose assemblies.

Key Features:

  • Innovative two-piece, no-skive design eliminates the skiving process for faster assembly and reduced labor
  • Zinc-plated carbon steel construction machined from unleaded steel bar stock for maximum durability
  • Maximum working pressure of 4,000 PSI for 20FL size fittings
  • Unique bite-the-wire crimp design provides improved coupling retention and blow-off prevention
  • Compatible with SAE 100R12 (4-wire) and spiral wire hydraulic hoses
  • Overall length of 6.69 inches with precise Code 61 O-Ring flange specifications

The GlobalSpiral two-piece configuration reduces assembly time, minimizes fabrication errors, and potentially reduces inventory requirements by up to 30 percent. The pulled-away ferrule design makes it easier to verify proper stem insertion, ensuring secure and reliable hydraulic connections in demanding industrial, construction, agricultural, and mobile equipment applications.

It was okay. Product doesn't completely look brand new, but I hope it does the job.
