Product Details

The Gates 12042 Curved Hose is a pre-shaped molded coolant hose designed to provide reliable cooling system performance for automotive applications. This curved hose is engineered to fit specific routing requirements, ensuring proper coolant flow between engine components.

Key Features:

  • Pre-shaped molded design for precise fit and proper sealing
  • Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation (ECD), the leading cause of hose failure
  • OEM-quality construction for reliable cooling system performance
  • Durable compound formulation for long service life in demanding conditions
  • Designed for use in coolant, heater, or bypass applications

Gates curved hoses are manufactured to exacting specifications, offering a cost-effective alternative to OE dealer parts while maintaining original equipment quality standards. Gates recommends replacing hose clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed for optimal performance and leak prevention.

easy site to use

I own a 25' travel trailer without side trining signals. This light was exactly what I needed for additional safety feature of notifying vehicles of my intended movement.

It was good and on time..

Awesome look forward to buying more!

Arrived sooner than expected.

The OEM product is just as I expected. Not made of the best materials cone wise, but I knew that before I made the purchase. The speaker will last for the period of time I plan to keep the car. Sound quality is good. As long as you keep the audio a a moderate level.

Awesome experience I will be making future purchases from there
