Gates G46995-0010 PolarSeal II Clamp Assembly for 1/2" A/C Refrigerant Hose

The Gates G46995-0010 (10CLAMP) is a PolarSeal II clamp assembly designed for secure attachment of air conditioning refrigerant hose couplings. This field-attachable clamp assembly is specifically engineered for use with Gates PolarSeal II reduced nylon barrier air conditioning hose with a 1/2-inch inside diameter.

Key Features:

• Compatible with Gates PolarSeal II refrigerant hose systems
• Designed for 1/2-inch (0.5") hose inside diameter applications
• Works with Gates PolarSeal II ACC (field attachable) couplings
• Constructed from durable aluminum material for long-lasting performance
• Requires Gates PolarSeal II hose pliers for installation (sold separately)
• Enables quick and easy field assembly of A/C hose systems

This clamp assembly is part of the Gates PolarSeal II coupling system, which allows technicians to create custom-length A/C hose assemblies on-site. The clamp secures the coupling to the hose when crimped with one of three Gates PolarSeal II hose pliers: model 77951 (Notched Jaw), 77952 (Straight Jaw), or 77953 (Ratcheting Pliers). The aluminum construction provides excellent corrosion resistance and reliable performance in automotive air conditioning applications.
