Product Details

The Dinan D140-0462 is a high-performance Koni strut engineered specifically for 1999-2006 BMW E46 chassis 3-Series models. Developed through Dinan's extensive testing and tuning expertise, this strut delivers a significant handling improvement over the factory suspension while maintaining or even enhancing ride quality for daily driving comfort.

Key Features:

  • Externally adjustable rebound damping via convenient adjustment knob for personalized tuning
  • Pre-adjusted to Dinan's recommended performance settings for optimal out-of-the-box performance
  • Koni quality construction with proven durability and consistency
  • Engineered to work seamlessly with Dinan lowering springs or factory springs
  • Reduces body roll and improves cornering response without sacrificing ride comfort
  • Direct replacement design for straightforward installation

This strut represents the perfect balance between street comfort and performance handling, allowing BMW enthusiasts to dial in their preferred suspension characteristics. The adjustable rebound damping means you can fine-tune the suspension behavior to match your driving style, road conditions, or track requirements without removing the strut from the vehicle.

Did not receive a confirmation email when I placed the order so I was unsure if if the order had gone through properly. Part shipped the day after I ordered it. I received three confirmation emails at the that time for some reason. Overall I would say the experience ordering from Autoplicity was excellent and inspired confidence.
