Product Details

The Wiseco PK1894 is a complete top-end piston kit designed for KTM 250SX-F motorcycles (2013–2015), featuring a high-compression 13.9:1 compression ratio and an 78.0mm bore diameter (OEM cross-reference: 40074M). This kit provides everything needed to overhaul or rebuild the top end of your 250SX-F with confidence.

Key Features:

  • Forged piston – Wiseco's proprietary ArmorGlide skirt coating reduces friction and extends piston life
  • 78.0mm bore – designed for overbore applications, restoring worn cylinders to like-new performance
  • 13.9:1 compression ratio – high-compression design maximizes power output for competitive motocross use
  • Complete kit – includes forged piston, piston rings, wrist pin, circlips, and top-end gasket set
  • OEM cross-reference: 40074M

Wiseco pistons are manufactured in the USA using aerospace-quality 4032 or 2618 aluminum alloy forgings, delivering superior strength and durability over cast OEM pistons. The PK1894 kit is ideal for riders rebuilding after wear or seeking a performance oversize bore for their KTM 250SX-F.
