The Wiseco PK1711 is a complete Pro-Lite top end piston kit designed for 1988–1992 Yamaha YZ80 two-stroke engines. This kit provides an oversize 48.50mm (.020 over) bore — part number cross-reference 569M04850 — making it an ideal solution for top end rebuilds and cylinder overbore applications.

Wiseco's Pro-Lite series forged 2-stroke pistons are built on decades of manufacturing experience. Each piston is engineered, forged, and machined in the USA at Wiseco's facility in Mentor, OH, and is purpose-built to match the specific dimensions and port timing of the YZ80 engine. The improved tensile strength of the forged construction optimizes durability and service life, while dedicated forgings and precision lightening operations deliver an excellent strength-to-weight ratio.

Very detailed list of part fitment. Radiator fits and functions very well. BUT, and this may be no fault of Autoplicity, I received the radiator w/holes punched in the box and some of the cooling fins bent. It wasn't bad enough to warrant a return, though...

very good response with order but it was the wrong part that i was needing. I will be returning both temp switches this week along with the temp sensor to see if you can match up the size and thread pattern that will fit inside the block where the temp sensor was previously located. Thank You.
