Wiseco PK1609 Pro-Lite 2-Stroke Top End Piston Kit 56mm 2mm Overbore

The Wiseco PK1609 is a complete Pro-Lite top end piston kit engineered for 2-stroke motocross performance. Featuring a 56mm bore diameter (741M), this kit is a 2mm overbore option designed for riders rebuilding or overboring their top end. All Wiseco Pro-Lite pistons are forged from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy, delivering a superior strength-to-weight ratio, improved heat transfer, and extended service life compared to cast alternatives.

Wiseco forges and machines all pistons in-house at their facility in Mentor, OH, allowing full control over the manufacturing process from raw material to finished part. Each piston features a CNC-machined cam shape and profile optimized for peak horsepower and long service life, and is compatible with cast iron, chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite cylinder bore compositions.
