Wiseco PK1479 Pro-Lite 2-Stroke Top End Piston Kit 90.5mm for Honda CR500

The Wiseco PK1479 is a Pro-Lite 2-stroke top end piston kit engineered for the Honda CR500, featuring a 90.5mm (1.5mm oversize) bore and a 6.8:1 compression ratio. This complete kit provides everything needed to overbore or rebuild the top end of your CR500's 2-stroke engine.

Key Features:

• Pro-Lite forged piston — CNC machined from high-silicon aluminum alloy for maximum strength and dependability
• Dedicated forging — additional lightening operations provide an optimized strength-to-weight ratio
• Improved tensile strength — forged construction optimizes durability and extends service life over cast alternatives
• Designed for specific 2-stroke applications — engineered to match the CR500's combustion and porting characteristics for peak HP output
• Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA — manufactured at Wiseco's facility in Mentor, OH
• Complete kit — includes forged piston, high-performance ring(s), alloy wrist pin, circlips, and top end gasket set

The Pro-Lite series is Wiseco's staple forged 2-stroke piston line, designed for both track and trail use and trusted by top race teams across motocross and off-road racing. Note: Oversize bore of 90.5mm requires appropriate cylinder boring or re-sleeving. Wiseco size specifications reference the cylinder bore size, not the piston's actual diameter.
