Wiseco PCK024 Performance Clutch Kit for RM250 2003-2005

The Wiseco PCK024 Performance Clutch Kit is the most comprehensive clutch solution available for the 2003–2005 Suzuki RM250. Going beyond a standard clutch pack kit, this performance-grade assembly includes a Wiseco forged clutch basket with new rubber cushions — delivering a complete, race-ready clutch rebuild in a single kit.

Key Features:

• Forged clutch basket — stronger and more durable than OEM stock, engineered for superior fatigue resistance under hard competition use
• Hard coat anodized finish — wears like iron, significantly extending basket life and resisting groove notching from clutch plates
• New rubber cushions — included with the basket for smooth, consistent clutch engagement
• Full friction plate set — premium-grade friction discs for reliable power transfer
• Steel drive plates — precision-manufactured for consistent clutch feel and durability
• Clutch springs — high-quality springs for proper clamping force and engagement
• Lifetime guarantee — Wiseco clutch baskets are backed by a lifetime guarantee against breakage or notching

Wiseco clutch components are proven at every level of dirt bike competition. The PCK024 kit provides everything needed to replace a worn clutch and notched basket with a single, high-performance upgrade — no sourcing individual parts required.
