Vortex CK6271 HFRA 520 Conversion Chain and Sprocket Kit for Suzuki

The Vortex CK6271 is a high-performance HFRA (Hyper Fast) 520 conversion chain and sprocket kit designed specifically for Suzuki sportbikes. This complete drivetrain upgrade is engineered to deliver quicker acceleration and reduced rotating mass compared to stock components.

Kit Includes:

• One steel front sprocket with drilled lightening holes
• One hardcoat aluminum rear sprocket with F5 PTFE black coating
• One Vortex RV3 520-pitch chain with tri-glide X-ring seals
• Master link for installation

Performance Features:

• 520 conversion reduces weight over stock 525/530 chains
• Modified gearing ratio: one tooth down in front, two teeth up in rear
• Aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum rear sprocket for optimal strength-to-weight ratio
• PTFE coating on rear sprocket provides added lubricity and longevity
• Tri-glide X-ring chain seals create three pockets of lubrication for reduced friction
• Induction-hardened steel front sprocket for maximum durability

The HFRA kit configuration is ideal for riders seeking improved low-end torque and faster acceleration for street riding and track days. The lightweight aluminum rear sprocket combined with the narrow 520 chain significantly reduces rotational mass, allowing your Suzuki to accelerate more aggressively while maintaining excellent durability.
