Vertex VTKTC23623B Top End Piston Kit with Gaskets and Rings

The Vertex VTKTC23623B top end piston kit provides a complete OEM replacement solution for two-stroke and four-stroke engines. This comprehensive kit includes the piston, rings, wrist pin, circlips, top end gaskets, and wrist pin bearing when applicable—everything needed for a complete top end rebuild.

Premium Piston Construction:

• Heat treated with T-5 hardening and tempering cycle for maximum durability
• Piston skirt features Molybdenum Disulphide coating for faster break-in and extended service life
• Cast pistons are gravity cast from aluminum alloy with 18% silicon content for optimal strength-to-weight ratio
• Forged pistons utilize 2618 aluminum alloy for superior strength and heat resistance

Complete Kit Includes:

• Precision-machined piston
• Complete ring set (individual rings for two-stroke, complete set for four-stroke)
• Wrist pin and circlips
• Top end gasket set
• Wrist pin bearing (when applicable)

Vertex pistons are engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications, making them ideal for restoring engine performance and compression. The high-tech Molybdenum Disulphide coating reduces friction during initial break-in and helps prevent scuffing and premature wear.
