DeatschWerks: Purpose-Built EFI Fuel System Solutions
DeatschWerks has been synonymous with high-performance fuel delivery since its founding in 2004 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. What began as a focused mission to solve a real problem — the lack of true drop-in fitment fuel injectors for performance builds — has grown into one of the most respected names in the EFI fuel system world. Operating out of a dedicated 36,000 sq. ft. facility that houses everything from engineering and end-manufacturing to quality assurance and sales, DeatschWerks controls the entire product lifecycle under one roof.
From Injectors to Full Fuel Systems
DeatschWerks got its start by pioneering application-specific, high-flow drop-in fuel injectors — a concept that redefined what performance tuners could expect in terms of fitment precision. Rather than forcing builders to adapt universal injectors, DeatschWerks engineered parts designed to slot in exactly where the factory injector lived, eliminating guesswork and enabling cleaner, more reliable tunes. Today their injector lineup spans over 250 applications across Sport Compact, Modern Muscle, and Euro platforms.
In 2009, DeatschWerks made a pivotal expansion into fuel pumps, releasing the DW300 — the first in-tank pump to exceed the long-standing 255 LPH benchmark. That milestone set the tone for a product philosophy built on out-performing the status quo. The company continued growing its pump lineup with the DW200, DW65c compact pump, and eventually the DW400 and brushless DW440 series, giving builders a precise match for virtually any power level or fitment requirement.
For builds where a single in-tank pump isn't enough — think high-horsepower forced induction cars or flex-fuel setups — DeatschWerks offers fuel surge tanks. These modular units act as a secondary reservoir, ensuring uninterrupted fuel supply under hard cornering, acceleration, or sustained high-demand operation. Combined with DeatschWerks' electric fuel pumps and fuel pump module assemblies, builders can construct a complete, cohesive fuel system rather than cobbling together parts from multiple brands.
Quality You Can Measure
Every DeatschWerks pump and injector is bench-tested in-house using precision-calibrated equipment before it ever ships. This commitment to quality is backed by a comprehensive 3-year warranty — a level of confidence that's rare in the performance aftermarket. Products are also engineered with ethanol compatibility in mind, featuring composite turbine impellers and encapsulated motor armatures that stand up to E85 and other corrosive fuel blends without compromise.
Whether you're building a street-driven tuner car, a track-day weapon, or a full-blown race build demanding north of 1,000 horsepower, DeatschWerks offers a validated, application-specific solution designed to fuel your ambitions reliably — lap after lap, pass after pass.
