Wiseco WK1327 2-Stroke PWC Forged Piston Kit 83.00mm Big Bore Wet Jet 700

The Wiseco WK1327 is a high-performance forged 2-stroke piston kit designed for Wet Jet personal watercraft powered by the Yamaha 700cc engine. Featuring an 83.00mm over-bore diameter (part number 790M08300), this is a big bore kit that displaces approximately 735cc, delivering increased power and performance over the standard bore configuration.

Wiseco pistons are forged and machined in the USA and engineered to tighter tolerances than cast alternatives. The forged aluminum alloy construction produces a denser grain structure aligned to the part's features, resulting in superior mechanical strength, impact resistance, and fatigue life — critical qualities for high-revving 2-stroke watercraft engines.

Key Features:

• 83.00mm bore diameter — over-bore / big bore kit (piston number 790M08300)
• Forged aluminum alloy construction — superior strength-to-weight ratio vs. cast pistons
• Anti-detonation grooves and updated ring land profiles minimize ring blow-by
• Optimized skirt design for lightweight response and maximum torque
• Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA at Wiseco's Mentor, OH facility
• Kit includes piston, rings, wrist pin, and circlips
• Cross-reference: piston 790M08300, ring set 3268KD

The WK1327 is the go-to top-end solution for rebuilding or upgrading the Wet Jet 700-series 2-stroke PWC engine. Wiseco's dedicated forging tooling and in-house dyno testing ensure this kit delivers consistent, reliable performance rebuild after rebuild.
