Product Details

The Wiseco W5918 is a top end gasket kit engineered specifically for Harley-Davidson EVO Sportster and Buell engines, including 1200cc Big Bore and 1200cc stock head configurations. Designed to complement Wiseco's forged piston kits, this gasket kit delivers the sealing performance needed for a reliable, high-quality top end rebuild.

Key Features:

  • Complete top end gasket kit with all necessary gaskets and seals for a full rebuild
  • Engineered for compatibility with Wiseco pistons and crankshafts
  • Manufactured from high-quality materials that meet or exceed OEM specifications
  • Sourced in-house by Wiseco to ensure reliable fitment and superior sealing performance
  • Designed to handle the increased cylinder pressures associated with big bore applications
  • Compatible with Harley-Davidson EVO Sportster 883, 1200, and Buell platforms including S1 White Lightning, XB9R Firebolt, XB9S Lightning, S3 Thunderbolt, and S3T Thunderbolt

When rebuilding a big bore engine, proper sealing is critical. The Wiseco W5918 gasket kit takes the guesswork out of sourcing individual gaskets by providing everything required to complete a professional top end rebuild in a single, application-specific kit.

Best price

fast and easy

I was extremely pleased. The order arrived right away - before I expected it. I will buy from them again.

great price

I called to make sure they had it in stock and when it would ship which was told same day as ordered. Just what I wanted to hear.

Easy shopping, but would be nice if the picture matched the model, it would have saved me 20 minutes of waiting on the phone for customer service.
