Wiseco SK1292 76.00mm 2-Stroke Pro-Lite Forged Piston Top End Kit

The Wiseco SK1292 is a Pro-Lite 2-stroke top end piston kit featuring a 76.00mm standard bore, purpose-built for Ski-Doo snowmobile applications. Part of Wiseco's legendary Pro-Lite forged piston lineup, this kit delivers the ideal balance of strength, weight savings, and long-term reliability demanded by snocross racers and serious trail riders alike.

The SK1292 is built around Wiseco's dedicated forging process — the same process that sets Wiseco apart as the only aftermarket piston manufacturer in the United States to produce pistons exclusively through forging. Each piston is engineered, forged, and machined in-house at Wiseco's facility in Mentor, OH, giving the company complete control over every stage of production, from raw aluminum billet to skirt-coated finished part.

Kit Contents:

• Wiseco Pro-Lite forged piston (76.00mm bore)
• High-performance ring kit (KA series)
• Alloy wrist pin
• Top-end gasket kit

Key Features:

• Pro-Lite forged construction — dedicated forging design optimizes the strength-to-weight ratio for maximum performance
• 4032 aerospace aluminum alloy — high-silicon, low-expansion material offers superior strength, reduced weight, improved heat transfer, and extended service life
• CNC diamond-turned finish — computer-controlled turning centers ensure precise sizing with zero variation
• Extra lightening operations — enhanced throttle response through reduced reciprocating mass
• Race-proven design — chosen by top race teams across all disciplines of snowmobile racing including snocross
• In-house dyno tested — validated at Wiseco's state-of-the-art dyno facility for real-world performance assurance
• Made in the USA — engineered and manufactured at Wiseco's Mentor, Ohio facility

Unlike brittle cast pistons that are prone to catastrophic failure under high stress, Wiseco forgings feature a condensed, aligned grain structure that produces superior mechanical properties and exceptional resistance to impact and fatigue. The SK1292 kit includes all necessary top-end hardware — piston, rings, pin, and gaskets — for convenient, one-stop replacement.
