The Wiseco SK1246 is a complete Pro-Lite forged top-end piston kit designed for Ski-Doo 699cc liquid-cooled 2-stroke engines. Engineered, forged, and machined entirely in the USA at Wiseco's facility in Mentor, OH, this kit delivers the strength, precision, and reliability demanded by both competitive snowmobile racers and serious recreational riders.

Wiseco's Pro-Lite pistons are forged from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy (4032), offering superior strength, reduced weight, improved heat transfer, and longer service life compared to standard cast pistons. Unlike castings, forged pistons feature condensed, aligned grain structure that dramatically increases resistance to impact and fatigue—critical for high-performance 2-stroke snowmobile applications.

Kit Includes:

  • Forged Pro-Lite piston(s) — 69.75mm bore (69.66mm piston diameter)
  • Piston rings
  • Wrist pins (0.709 in. / 18mm diameter, floating pin style)
  • Circlips
  • Top-end gasket set

Important Notes: Cylinder sleeves must be purchased separately. Cylinder bore must be honed or bored to final size after installation. Wiseco ring types are not interchangeable between piston lines and fit only Wiseco pistons.
