Product Details

The Wiseco SK1077 is a complete Pro-Lite Top End Rebuild Kit designed for Polaris snowmobiles, bored to 0.50mm oversize at 72.50mm. This all-inclusive kit provides everything needed to overhaul or rebuild your two-stroke top end, saving time and ensuring component compatibility straight out of the box.

Kit Includes:

  • Forged Wiseco piston(s) – Pro-Lite construction for reduced reciprocating mass and improved performance
  • Piston rings – precisely matched to the oversize bore dimension
  • Wrist pins – high-strength pins for reliable power transfer
  • Circlips – retention hardware for secure wrist pin installation
  • Top end gasket set – complete sealing hardware for a proper rebuild

Key Specifications:

  • Bore Size: 72.50mm (0.50mm oversize)
  • Piston Type: Pro-Lite Forged
  • Bore Compatibility: Cast Iron bore cylinders
  • Cooling: Fan cooled applications
  • Note: Cylinder sleeves must be purchased separately. Will not fit Widetrack models.

Wiseco's Pro-Lite forged pistons are engineered for the demanding power cycles of snowmobile two-stroke engines, offering superior strength and thermal stability compared to cast alternatives. This kit is an ideal solution for restoring engine compression and performance during a top end rebuild or after cylinder boring.
