Wiseco 2453M08250 Forged Piston Kit 82.50mm +0.50mm Oversize Snowmobile 800R

The Wiseco 2453M08250 is a high-performance forged piston kit designed for 800R snowmobile engines, featuring an 82.50mm actual bore diameter (+0.50mm oversize). Built to Wiseco's exacting standards, this piston delivers the strength and reliability demanded by serious snowmobile enthusiasts and performance builders.

Wiseco pistons are forged from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, a process that compresses the material molecules closer together — producing a denser, more impact- and fatigue-resistant piston compared to conventional cast alternatives. The result is superior ultimate strength and ductility, meaning the piston will flex before it fails, a critical advantage in high-performance applications.

Key Features:

• Actual Bore: 82.50mm (+0.50mm oversize)
• Ring Design: Single ring semi-keystone configuration
• Skirt Coating: ArmorGlide dry film lubricant — permanently reduces friction and quiets piston noise for the life of the part
• Piston Pin: 21mm x 2.618" non-chromed wrist pin included
• Oversize piston — requires cylinder boring or sleeving to proper specification before installation

Wiseco piston kits are engineered and manufactured to the tightest tolerances for an optimal combination of performance and longevity. The 2453M08250 is the ideal choice for engine rebuilds where the cylinder has been bored 0.50mm over standard, restoring like-new performance to your 800R snowmobile engine.
