Wiseco 2439M06650 Pro-Lite 2-Stroke Forged Piston Kit 66.50mm Standard Bore

The Wiseco 2439M06650 Pro-Lite Piston Kit is a high-performance forged 2-stroke piston kit featuring a 66.50mm standard bore. Part of Wiseco's legendary Pro-Lite line, this piston kit is the result of decades of engineering experience and is built for all-purpose 2-stroke riding — delivering a winning combination of reliability, value, and performance.

Wiseco is the only aftermarket piston manufacturer in the United States that produces pistons exclusively through the forging process. Starting with aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, forging compresses the material's molecules to increase density and align the grain structure, producing a piston that is highly resistant to impact and fatigue while offering superior strength and ductility over cast alternatives.

Key Features:

• Forged from high-silicon aluminum alloy for maximum strength and long-term dependability
• Dedicated forging design optimized for superior strength-to-weight ratio
• Computer-engineered piston skirt profile minimizes cylinder wall friction for enhanced throttle response
• Anti-detonation grooves and precision ring land diameter eliminate ring blow-by and maximize engine performance
• Extra lightening operations for instant throttle response and maximum torque output
• Engineered, forged, and CNC machined in the USA in Mentor, OH

Kit Includes:

• Forged Pro-Lite piston
• Piston rings
• Wrist pin
• Circlips

Note: Oversize pistons require cylinder sleeving or replating. This piston is designed for Nikasil (NB) bore cylinders with an Electra Coat (EC) finish. Use only Wiseco replacement ring sets on Wiseco pistons.
