Wiseco 2436M07050 Pro-Lite Forged Piston Kit 70.50mm 1mm Overbore Ski-Doo 500

The Wiseco 2436M07050 is a Pro-Lite forged piston kit designed as a 1.00mm overbore replacement, delivering a finished bore diameter of 70.50mm, for Ski-Doo 500 series snowmobile engines. Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA at Wiseco's facility in Mentor, OH, this kit is purpose-built to restore or upgrade engine performance with precision-fit components.

Key Features:

• Forged from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy for superior strength, reduced weight, improved heat transfer, and extended service life
• Pro-Lite forging design with computer-engineered piston skirt profiles that stabilize the piston in the bore for maximum horsepower and torque output
• Dedicated forgings with additional lightening operations for an optimized strength-to-weight ratio
• Diamond-turned CNC finish ensures consistent sizing and a precise fit with no dimensional variation
• 1.00mm overbore — finished bore diameter of 70.50mm; oversize pistons require cylinder sleeving or bore matching
• Kit includes: piston, ring(s), wrist pin, and circlips — everything needed for a complete piston replacement

Wiseco has been the benchmark in high-performance forged piston manufacturing since 1941, with over 80 years of motorsports experience built into every component. This piston kit is ideal for engine rebuilds requiring an oversize bore, offering a direct performance upgrade over stock cast pistons.
