Wiseco 2364M06750 Pro-Lite 2-Stroke Forged Piston Kit 66.50mm Standard Bore

The Wiseco 2364M06750 Pro-Lite 2-Stroke Piston Kit delivers a standard 66.50mm bore forged piston solution built for all-purpose 2-stroke snowmobile performance. As Wiseco's foundational forged 2-stroke piston line, the Pro-Lite is the result of decades of manufacturing expertise, combining strength, reliability, and excellent value in a single complete kit.

Wiseco forges all of its own pistons in-house at its Mentor, Ohio facility using aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, giving each piston a condensed grain structure aligned to the part's features. This forging process produces superior mechanical properties and greater resistance to impact and fatigue compared to cast alternatives, making it the preferred choice for high-performance 2-stroke rebuilds.

Key Features:

• Forged from aerospace aluminum alloy for a superior strength-to-weight ratio
• Dedicated forging design optimizes strength without adding unnecessary mass
• Extra lightening operations for enhanced throttle response
• Precision-engineered piston skirt profile for improved ring seal and cylinder contact
• Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA in Mentor, OH
• Designed for all-purpose 2-stroke riding from trail to track

Kit Includes:

• Forged Pro-Lite piston
• Piston rings
• Wrist pin
• Circlips

This kit is a complete piston assembly — everything needed for a proper 2-stroke top-end rebuild. The 66.50mm bore dimension is the standard size; oversize pistons may require cylinder boring or sleeving. Part number 2364M06750 fits select Arctic Cat 600 Triple and ZRT 600 snowmobile models.
