Wiseco PK153 Yamaha Banshee 350 Pro-Lite 64.25mm Piston Kit

The Wiseco PK153 is a complete Pro-Lite forged piston kit designed for the Yamaha Banshee 350 twin-cylinder ATV engine, featuring an overbore diameter of 64.25mm (513M). Wiseco's Pro-Lite pistons are CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 2618 aluminum alloy forgings, delivering superior strength and thermal resistance compared to cast alternatives — making them a top choice for high-performance and racing applications.

Key Features:

• Forged 2618 aluminum construction — stronger and lighter than OEM cast pistons for improved durability under high-stress conditions
• 64.25mm overbore diameter — precision-machined for a proper fit when rebuilding a bored cylinder
• Pro-Lite design — reduced piston weight lowers reciprocating mass for improved throttle response and engine efficiency
• Hard anodized crown — increases surface hardness for extended wear life and heat resistance
• Includes wrist pins and circlips — high-strength piston pins with retaining clips for secure, reliable assembly
• Includes piston rings — precision ring sets pre-fitted for the correct bore size
• Complete kit — contains (2) Pro-Lite forged pistons, (2) ring sets, (2) wrist pins, and (4) circlips for the twin-cylinder Banshee engine

The Wiseco PK153 is ideal for anyone performing a top-end rebuild or overbore on a Yamaha Banshee 350. Each component is manufactured to strict tolerances, ensuring consistent compression and long-term reliability. This kit provides everything needed to complete a professional-quality piston installation.
