Wiseco PK1527 Pro-Lite 2-Stroke Top End Piston Kit 49mm +1.5mm Overbore

The Wiseco PK1527 is a Pro-Lite forged 2-stroke top end piston kit featuring a 49mm (+1.5mm oversize) bore designed for the Suzuki RM80 (1991–2001). Wiseco's Pro-Lite is the forged 2-stroke piston that started it all — the result of decades of experience incorporating the latest in 2-stroke piston manufacturing and design. Designed to offer great value, great reliability, and great performance, Pro-Lite is the staple of 2-stroke pistons.

Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA in Mentor, OH, each piston is designed and built for a specific 2-stroke powersports engine with improved tensile strength of forged material to optimize strength and service life. Dedicated forgings and additional lightening operations deliver an optimized strength-to-weight ratio for instant throttle response.

Kit Includes:

• Forged Pro-Lite piston — 49mm bore (645M forging, +1.50mm oversize)
• Piston ring(s) — precision-fit for the 49mm bore
• Wrist pin — high-strength hardened steel
• Circlips — retaining clips for secure wrist pin retention
• Top end gasket set — includes overbore head gasket

This kit provides everything needed for a complete top end rebuild or overbore on a Suzuki RM80, making it an ideal solution for restoring lost compression and engine performance. The Pro-Lite forging is a trusted choice among dirt bike riders and mechanics seeking a reliable, performance-proven replacement piston kit.
