Product Details

The Wiseco PK1200 is a complete forged piston kit designed for the 2002–2010 Yamaha YZ250 two-stroke motocross engine. Featuring an overbore diameter of 67.5mm (804M), this kit provides everything needed to restore or upgrade your YZ250 top end to proper specification.

Wiseco pistons are manufactured using a high-strength forged aluminum alloy construction, delivering superior durability and heat resistance compared to cast alternatives. The forging process produces a denser, tighter-grained material that withstands the extreme combustion pressures of high-performance two-stroke engines.

Kit Includes:

  • Forged aluminum piston — 67.5mm (804M) overbore diameter
  • Piston ring set — pre-gapped and ready to install
  • Wrist pin (piston pin) — hardened steel for long service life
  • Circlip retainers — for secure wrist pin retention

Key Features:

  • Forged construction for maximum strength and durability
  • Precision machined to tight tolerances for optimal ring seal
  • Designed specifically for the 2002–2010 Yamaha YZ250 engine
  • 67.5mm overbore diameter — ideal for use with a freshly bored cylinder
  • Direct OEM replacement fitment for straightforward installation

The Wiseco PK1200 is a trusted choice for motocross racers and off-road enthusiasts performing a top-end rebuild or overbore on the Yamaha YZ250. Pair with a freshly honed or bored cylinder sleeve for best results.
