S&S Cycle 31-0335 Polished Billet Cam Cover Kit for Big Twin 73-92

The S&S Cycle 31-0335 is a polished billet cam cover kit designed as a show-quality upgrade for Harley-Davidson Evolution and Shovelhead Big Twin engines. CNC-machined from solid 6061 aluminum billet, this cover delivers precision fitment along with a mirror-polished finish that sets it apart from the factory look. Made in the U.S.A., it is standard equipment on all polished and black S&S engines built for 1970–1999 chassis.

Key Features:

• CNC-machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum for superior strength and a flawless finish
• Show-quality polished finish — a dramatic visual upgrade over stock covers
• 73-92 style design includes an internal crankcase breather passage, required for engines with the breather routed directly out of the crankcase
• Standard equipment on all S&S black and polished engines built for 1970–1999 chassis
• Replaces OEM Harley-Davidson part #25268-84A
• Made in the U.S.A.

Breather Routing Note: This 73-92 style cover features the internal breather passage necessary for case-breathing engine configurations — where the crankcase breather exits directly through the cases rather than through the cylinder heads. If your engine breathes through the cylinder heads only, see the 93-99 style cover (31-0336), which omits the internal breather passage and accommodates the larger stock pinion gear nut found on 93-99 flywheel assemblies.

Whether you are refreshing a stock engine or building a custom S&S powerplant, the 31-0335 delivers the precision craftsmanship and premium appearance that S&S Cycle is known for.
