Wiseco Pistons PK1101 Piston Kit Suzuki Kawasaki - 2-Stroke 50.50mm LT80 KFX80

The Wiseco PK1101 is a complete 2-stroke piston kit designed for Suzuki LT80 and Kawasaki KFX80 youth ATVs, featuring a 50.50mm bore size for performance rebuilds and oversized applications. This comprehensive kit includes a forged piston, rings, wrist pin, circlips, and top-end gaskets for a complete installation.

Key Features:

• 50.50mm bore diameter (0.50mm oversize) for worn cylinders requiring a rebuild
• High-quality forged aluminum construction for superior strength and durability
• Includes complete top-end gasket set for one-stop installation
• Precision-machined ring grooves and skirt coating for optimal sealing and reduced friction
• Engineered grain structure aligned to part features for maximum impact and fatigue resistance
• Optimized strength-to-weight ratio for improved throttle response

Wiseco forged pistons are manufactured entirely in-house in the USA, allowing complete control over every aspect of production from raw materials to finished components. Unlike cast pistons that can be brittle and prone to catastrophic failure, Wiseco's forging process creates a condensed grain structure that delivers superior toughness and reliability under extreme racing conditions and high-performance applications. Each piston is designed and tested using in-house dyno facilities to ensure it meets the demanding requirements of motorsport enthusiasts.

This piston kit is ideal for riders looking to restore compression and performance to their youth ATV, or those building a performance engine with proper cylinder boring.
