Product Details

The Wiseco 4815M05800 is a high-performance forged piston kit designed for 4-stroke dirt bike engines. This kit features a 58.00mm actual bore size, representing a 1.00mm oversize from the standard 57.00mm bore. The piston delivers an 11:1 compression ratio and 129cc displacement, providing increased power output for performance applications.

Key Specifications:

  • Bore Size: 58.00mm
  • Compression Ratio: 11:1
  • Oversize: 1.00mm
  • Displacement: 129cc
  • Dome Volume: +10.6cc
  • Stroke: 48.8mm

Complete Kit Includes:

  • 58.00mm ring set (2283XE)
  • Piston pin (14mm x 1.732 inches)
  • Round wire pin locks/circlips (14mm pair)

Wiseco pistons are forged from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy, offering superior strength, reduced weight, improved heat transfer, and longer service life. The forging process compresses the material's molecules, increasing aluminum density and aligning grain flow, resulting in improved resistance to impact and fatigue. Note that oversize pistons require cylinder sleeving for proper installation.

Great price. Easy to navigate site. Not Autoplicity's fault but the part I received is inferior to the original part. It works ok but if doesn't feel as solid as the original. The difference in quality is reflected in the price and I saved quite a bit going with a less expensive alternative.

No issues

It was fast

Easy to place an order

The only thing I would like to know is what the manifold kit comes with for hardware. Its not specified if they come with any hardware or gaskets at all and i would like to be prepared to do the job when they arrive in the mail.

Quick and easy and better bargain than competitors.
