Wiseco 810M08250 Forged Piston 82.50mm Bore Kawasaki 750 SXi 2-Stroke PWC

The Wiseco 810M08250 is a forged oversize piston designed for Kawasaki 750 SXi personal watercraft engines. With an 82.50mm bore diameter, this piston is engineered for cylinders that have been bored or worn beyond standard dimensions, making it an ideal solution for top-end rebuilds and performance restoration.

Wiseco forges all of its pistons from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy, delivering superior strength, reduced reciprocating weight, and improved heat transfer compared to cast alternatives. Every piston receives a diamond-turned finish from CNC-controlled turning centers, ensuring precise sizing with zero variation for a perfect cylinder fit.

Key Features:

• Forged aluminum construction — greater strength and durability versus OEM cast pistons
• 82.50mm oversize bore — engineered for rebored or worn cylinders requiring oversized replacement
• Compatible with cast iron, chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite cylinder bore compositions
• CNC diamond-turned finish for precise fitment and consistent sizing
• Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA (Mentor, OH)
• Optimized strength-to-weight ratio for high-revving 2-stroke PWC applications
• Designed to meet or exceed OEM performance standards

Wiseco has been manufacturing performance pistons since 1941, making them the trusted choice for both competitive racers and recreational watercraft enthusiasts seeking reliable top-end performance and long service life.
