Wiseco Pistons 790M08300 Forged Piston Kit 83mm Yamaha 700 WaveRunner WaveRaider

The Wiseco 790M08300 is a high-performance forged piston kit designed for Yamaha 700cc two-stroke personal watercraft engines. Engineered for superior strength and durability, this 83.00mm bore piston provides reliable performance for both recreational riders and performance enthusiasts rebuilding their engine.

Premium Forged Construction:

Forged from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy, this piston delivers exceptional strength while reducing weight compared to cast pistons. The advanced forging process creates a denser molecular structure that withstands the extreme heat and pressure of high-performance two-stroke engines, ensuring maximum durability and longer service life.

Advanced Manufacturing:

Each piston features a diamond-turned finish produced on CNC computer-controlled turning centers, guaranteeing precise dimensions with zero size variation. The innovative forging design and optimized piston skirt profile maximize horsepower and torque output. Anti-detonation grooves and engineered ring land profiles eliminate ring blow-by while enhancing overall engine performance.

Complete Kit Includes:

• One forged piston (83.00mm bore)
• Piston rings
• Wrist pin
• Circlips

Universal Compatibility:

Wiseco pistons are engineered to install confidently in all modern cylinder bore compositions including cast iron, chrome, nikasil, and boron composite cylinders. This versatility makes them ideal for both standard rebuilds and performance upgrades.
