Vortex 435K-44 44-Tooth 520 Pitch Rear Sprocket Aluminum Hardcoat Black

The Vortex 435K-44 is a premium 44-tooth rear sprocket engineered for high-performance motorcycles with 520-pitch chain systems. Manufactured entirely in the USA using 100% CNC machining, this sprocket delivers race-proven durability and precision that serious riders demand.

Key Features:

• Lightweight F5 aluminum construction reduces unsprung weight for improved handling and acceleration
• PTFE black hardcoat finish significantly increases wear resistance and extends service life
• Specially formulated aluminum alloy manufactured to Vortex specifications for optimal strength-to-weight ratio
• Patented tooth design improves chain engagement and maximizes sprocket longevity
• CNC machined in the USA for exceptional quality control and tight tolerances
• 520 pitch configuration compatible with performance chain conversions

Vortex sprockets feature a unique patented design that sets them apart from conventional sprockets. The advanced tooth profile reduces chain wear while maintaining smooth power delivery throughout the RPM range. The PTFE hardcoat surface treatment creates a harder, more durable finish compared to standard anodizing, making this sprocket ideal for both street and track applications.

This 44-tooth configuration is popular for sport bikes and provides an excellent balance between acceleration and top speed. The lightweight aluminum construction reduces rotating mass compared to steel sprockets, improving throttle response and overall performance.
