Vortex 3270-15 Front Countershaft Sprocket Steel Sprockets - 15-Tooth 520-Pitch

The Vortex 3270-15 front sprocket is a precision-engineered 520-pitch countershaft sprocket designed for 520 conversion applications on sport bikes. This 15-tooth front sprocket is made of chromoly-steel and induction hardened for strength and plated to resist corrosion. Vortex Racing brand front sprockets are precision-manufactured and induction-hardened to precise tolerances to improve consistency and provide a stronger, quieter and longer-lasting sprocket.

Key Features:

• High carbon steel for maximum strength with special Vortex nickel plating to resist corrosion and induction hardened to reduce surface wear
• Precise tolerances to ensure concentricity
• Cross drilled for lighter weight on most applications to reduce rotating mass
• 15 teeth configuration for quick acceleration gearing option
• 520 pitch for conversion from stock 525/530 chains
• Compatible with multiple Japanese sport bike models from Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Yamaha

This 520 conversion kit component will drop 2+lbs from an OEM steel setup, which will free more horsepower and reduce gyroscopic forces. The Vortex 3270 series front sprocket is a popular choice for riders seeking improved throttle response and acceleration. Owned and operated by motorcycle racers and enthusiasts, Vortex focuses on absolute quality and all sprockets are made to the tightest tolerances with the best quality materials in the industry.
