Wiseco PK1646 Polaris Predator 500 / Outlaw 500 Top End Piston Kit 104.83mm Oversize

The Wiseco PK1646 is a complete top end piston kit engineered specifically for the Polaris Predator 500 and Outlaw 500 ATV engines. Featuring a 104.83mm (4914M) bore size — representing a +5.63mm oversize — and a 12.5:1 compression ratio, this kit delivers a bump in displacement to approximately 558cc while maintaining a precise, application-specific fit.

Kit Includes:

• Forged aluminum piston — dedicated application-specific forging engineered and machined in the USA (Mentor, OH) to the tightest tolerances
• High-performance piston ring set — provides optimal sealing and sustained power output; Wiseco rings are designed exclusively for use with Wiseco pistons
• Aerospace alloy wrist pin — precision-machined for reduced friction and consistent durability
• Circlips — for secure wrist pin retention
• Wiseco top end gasket kit — premium materials deliver sealing performance that meets or exceeds OEM standards

Construction & Performance:

• Dedicated forgings allow for an optimized strength-to-weight ratio using aerospace-grade alloy
• Improved tensile strength of forged material optimizes service life under high-stress conditions
• CNC machined for tight dimensional tolerances and repeatable quality
• Designed for each specific 4-stroke powersports engine application — not a generic off-the-shelf piston

Wiseco forged 4-stroke piston kits are proven at every level of powersports competition and are the choice of top race teams across all disciplines. The PK1646 top end kit gives you everything needed for a complete oversize rebuild in a single purchase.
