Billet Specialties was founded in 1985 by Glenn Grozich, who set out at age 26 to craft accessories for the street rod and muscle car market that had simply never existed before. Operating out of La Grange Park, Illinois, the company quickly earned a reputation for an unmatched standard of fit and finish. Complementing the valve covers is the brand's acclaimed Tru Trac serpentine system, which brings the entire front-drive accessory package into the billet aluminum family. That system naturally encompasses power steering pump pulleys and a full suite of pulleys — crank, alternator, idler, and more — all machined to tight tolerances for proper belt alignment and long service life. The Tru Trac system is widely regarded as one of the cleanest and most complete serpentine conversion solutions available for classic GM applications.
