The S&S Cycle Super 'E' Complete Carburetor Kit (11-0470) is a bolt-on performance carburetor solution designed for 2004–2006 Harley-Davidson Sportster models. Featuring a 1-7/8" bore (throat at the butterfly) and a 1-9/16" venturi, the Super 'E' generates higher air velocity than the larger Super 'G', delivering strong low- and mid-range throttle response and power. It is recommended for Big Twin and Sportster engines up to 100 cubic inches.

This complete kit is designed as a direct replacement, including everything needed for a clean installation with minimal downtime. The carburetor features four fuel delivery ports for improved throttle response, an O-ring sealed idle mixture screw, and an adjustable accelerator pump for quick throttle response and easy cold-weather starting. A variable-position enrichment starting system replaces the traditional choke for reliable cold starts. Important Notes:

• Requires a two-cable, pull-open/pull-close throttle assembly. Compatible with stock throttle cables on 2004–2006 Sportster models.
• On 1986–2003 Sportster chassis, the taller throttle bracket cannot be used due to frame clearance; earlier butterfly-style throttle cables are required for those years.
• 2004–2006 Sportsters require a vacuum line from the carb vacuum port to the MAP sensor, as the manifold will not accept the sensor directly.
• For engines with longer strokes, a custom intake manifold may be required.
