Wiseco 4914M10483 Big Bore Forged Piston Kit 104.83mm 12.5:1 Compression 558cc ATV

The Wiseco 4914M10483 is a high-performance forged piston kit designed for ATV engines requiring a big bore upgrade. This kit delivers a 104.83mm bore diameter (5.63mm oversize) and a 12.5:1 compression ratio, targeting riders who demand more displacement and power from their machines.

Key Features:

• Big Bore Upgrade: 104.83mm bore diameter — 5.63mm over stock — expanding displacement to approximately 558cc
• High Compression: 12.5:1 compression ratio for improved throttle response and top-end power
• Forged Aluminum Alloy Construction: Delivers superior tensile strength, reduced weight, and extended service life compared to OEM cast pistons
• Computer-Engineered Skirt Profile: Precision-profiled piston skirt minimizes cylinder wall friction for smoother operation and reduced wear
• Optimized Strength-to-Weight Ratio: Dedicated forging geometry reduces reciprocating mass without sacrificing durability
• Complete Kit: Includes forged piston, piston rings, wrist pin, and circlips — everything needed for a full top-end assembly
• Note: Oversize bore pistons require professional cylinder sleeving or boring prior to installation

Built on over 80 years of piston manufacturing expertise, Wiseco engineers each ATV piston kit to exacting tolerances using advanced 3D design and finite element modeling. Whether for high-performance trail riding or competition use, the 4914M10483 delivers the reliability and power gains serious ATV riders expect from the Wiseco name.
