EBC VR4022BLK Full Floating Vee-Rotor Brake Disc Black

The EBC VR4022BLK Full Floating Vee-Rotor delivers lightweight performance with distinctive black styling for high-performance braking applications. This premium floating rotor design reduces unsprung weight while maintaining excellent heat dissipation and braking power.

Advanced Design Features:

• Full floating design allows rotor to expand and contract freely, reducing stress and warping
• Square-sided drive button system completely eliminates rotor distortion and ensures consistent performance
• Heat-treated stainless steel braking surface tempered to optimal hardness for maximum durability
• Precision-engineered hardness prevents premature wear while avoiding brittleness and cracking
• Black finish adds distinctive styling to wheel and brake assembly
• Vee-groove design enhances pad bite and improves initial braking response

EBC's proprietary heat treatment process ensures the ideal balance between rotor longevity and performance. The floating design extends rotor life by allowing thermal expansion without creating stress points, while the square drive button mounting system maintains perfect alignment throughout the rotor's service life. This results in improved braking consistency, reduced maintenance, and enhanced stopping power for demanding riding conditions.
