Belt Drives PS-500 Inner Primary Spacer 1/2 Inch

The Belt Drives Ltd. PS-500 is a precision-machined inner primary spacer designed for Harley-Davidson big twin motorcycles with wide tire and custom frame applications. This 1/2 inch (0.500 inch) offset spacer installs between the inner primary housing and the engine case to provide the additional clearance required when installing aftermarket belt drive systems on motorcycles with wider rear tires.

Key Features:

• 1/2 inch offset thickness for proper belt drive alignment
• Precision-machined from high-quality materials
• Polished finish for corrosion resistance and professional appearance
• Essential component for wide tire and custom frame installations
• Made in the USA by Belt Drives Ltd.

Without the proper primary spacer, belt drive systems will not align correctly on wide tire applications, potentially causing installation issues and drivetrain problems. The PS-500 provides the exact spacing needed to ensure proper belt alignment and optimal drivetrain performance on modified Harley-Davidson touring and softail models.
