Product Details

The Andrews 252020 is a high-performance mainshaft 2nd gear designed for 4-speed transmissions. Engineered from premium high-nickel alloy steel, this 23-tooth gear delivers exceptional strength and longevity for demanding motorcycle applications.

Key Features:

  • Constructed from high-nickel alloy steel for superior strength and wear resistance
  • Heat-treated to maximize hardness and durability under high-stress conditions
  • Shot-peened finish greatly improves wear resistance on drive edges and engagement slots
  • 23-tooth configuration for precise gear ratios
  • Direct replacement for OEM part number 35296-56A

Andrews Products manufactures precision transmission components trusted by professional builders and enthusiasts. The shot-peening process compresses the surface of the gear, creating a harder wear surface that resists fatigue and extends service life. This mainshaft 2nd gear is ideal for rebuilds, performance upgrades, or replacement of worn transmission components.
