Weapon-R 305-173-101 Secret Weapon Short Ram Air Intake System - Polished

The Weapon-R Secret Weapon Intake System (305-173-101) is a performance short ram air intake engineered around Weapon-R's patented dual air velocity profile technology. By generating two distinct airflow streams traveling at different speeds within a single intake tube, this system dramatically increases total air volume and velocity delivered to the engine — up to 3 times more than a conventional factory air intake system.

Intake Pipe Construction:

• Fabricated from high-quality 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum
• Shaped on an automated CNC mandrel bender for smooth, consistent bends with no kinks or flow restrictions
• Finished to a high-gloss show-quality polished finish
• Available in Polished finish only

SW1 Secret Weapon Air Filter:

• Features a CAD-designed, flow bench-tested velocity stack that increases airspeed and reduces turbulence at the filter inlet
• Open-cell, high-density reusable polyurethane foam filtration element
• Open-cell foam design allows air to flow around captured dirt particles, maintaining airflow even as the filter loads
• Disassembles for easy cleaning and reassembly — no filter replacement required
• USA Patent No. 7,263,961 B2

Additional Features:

• Dyno-tested for verified performance gains
• Includes all hardware and comprehensive installation instructions
• 1 Million Mile Limited Warranty
• Not legal for sale or use in California (no CARB EO number)

The Weapon-R 305-173-101 Secret Weapon Intake delivers a noticeable improvement in throttle response, intake sound, and overall engine performance, making it an ideal first performance upgrade for sport compact cars, trucks, and SUVs.
