Weapon-R 305-166-101 Secret Weapon Short Ram Air Intake System - Polished

The Weapon-R Secret Weapon Intake (Part# 305-166-101) is a high-performance short ram air intake system engineered to maximize airflow volume and velocity to the engine. Utilizing Weapon-R's patented dual velocity profile technology, the system generates two distinct air streams moving at different speeds simultaneously, dramatically increasing the volume and speed of air delivered to the engine compared to a restrictive factory airbox.

Key Features:

• Patented Dual Velocity Technology — Weapon-R's proprietary design (USA Patent #7,263,961B2) feeds the engine up to 3x more air than conventional intake systems
• 6061 Aluminum Intake Pipe — Precision-formed using an automated CNC mandrel bender for smooth, consistent bends that minimize airflow restriction and turbulence
• Show-Quality Polished Finish — Mirror-like high-gloss polished surface for a premium under-hood appearance; available in polished only
• SW1 Air Filter with Tuned Velocity Stack — Increases airflow velocity and reduces turbulence at the filter inlet for more efficient induction
• Open-Pore High-Density Reusable Foam Filter Media — Superior filtration with long service life; washable and reusable for ongoing cost savings
• Direct Bolt-On Installation — Designed as a direct replacement for the OEM intake system with no cutting or fabrication required
• Tuned and Dyno-Tested — Engineered to improve acceleration, throttle response, and engine induction sound
• 1 Million Mile Limited Warranty — Weapon-R stands behind this intake with one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry

The Weapon-R Secret Weapon Intake is part of a lineup covering over 250 applications across cars, trucks, and SUVs. The intake pipe's low-restriction aluminum construction and precision CNC bending ensure consistent airflow dynamics, while the included SW1 filter's velocity stack optimizes air entry for maximum engine feed efficiency.
