Product Details

The Weapon-R Secret Weapon Intake (305-158-101) is a high-performance cold air intake system engineered to maximize airflow volume and velocity to the engine. Using a patented dual air velocity profile design (US Patent #7,263,961B2), the intake simultaneously generates two airstreams moving at different speeds — a principle rooted in the Coanda effect and Bernoulli's principle — delivering significantly more air to the engine than a conventional factory intake system.

Key Features:

  • Patented Dual Velocity Technology: Creates two distinct air velocity profiles within the intake pipe to increase both air volume and speed to the engine
  • CNC-Mandrel Bent 6061 Aluminum Pipe: Precision-formed on an automated CNC mandrel bender for consistent, smooth bends with minimal airflow restriction
  • High-Gloss Polished Finish: Show-quality polished aluminum finish adds a premium look to the engine bay — available in polished only
  • SW1 High-Flow Air Filter: Features a tuned velocity stack designed to increase air velocity while reducing turbulence at the filter inlet
  • Open-Pore High-Density Foam Filter Element: Reusable and washable design for long-term cost savings
  • 1 Million Mile Limited Warranty: Weapon-R stands behind the durability of their intake systems with an industry-leading warranty

The Weapon-R Secret Weapon Intake is a direct bolt-on performance upgrade, engineered as a complete system to replace the restrictive factory airbox. It delivers improved throttle response, a more aggressive intake sound, and a cleaner engine bay appearance.
