Product Details

The COMP Cams SK11-236-4 Xtreme Marine camshaft kit is specifically engineered for Chevrolet Big Block 396-454 cubic inch marine applications. This hydraulic flat tappet cam features a 226/236 degree duration profile optimized for marine performance, delivering strong mid-range torque and reliable power across the RPM range in boat applications.

Complete SK-Kit Includes:

  • Xtreme Marine hydraulic flat tappet camshaft with 226/236 duration
  • Matched hydraulic lifter set
  • Timing chain set for precise valve timing
  • Assembly lube for proper break-in
  • Installation instructions
  • COMP Cams decals

This camshaft is designed to work with stock or mildly modified marine engines, providing improved throttle response and power delivery while maintaining the reliability required for marine duty cycles. The marine-specific grind accounts for the unique demands of constant-load marine applications versus automotive use. Compatible with stock torque converters, springs, and exhaust manifolds, making it an excellent upgrade for stock replacement or mild performance builds.

Great price, great service, A+

Fast shipping, great product. Nothing more needs to be said.

great price and customer service

They had the parts I needed at the best price. I needed some questions answered to make sure I was ordering the right parts for a 4 year old car and they were very helpful when I called.

Finding my parts on this website was incredibly easy. The prices were the lowest around and I was kept up to date about the estimated delivery date. Order #19058
