The COMP Cams SK08-468-8 Xtreme Energy hydraulic roller camshaft kit is designed for small block Chevy engines with factory roller blocks. This complete SK-Kit provides everything needed for a camshaft upgrade in one convenient package.

Camshaft Specifications:

  • Advertised Duration: 288°/294° intake/exhaust
  • Duration at .050": 242°/248° intake/exhaust
  • Valve Lift: .520"/.540" with 1.5 ratio rockers
  • Lobe Separation Angle: 110°
  • Power Range: 1,500-5,500 RPM

This cam profile delivers excellent low-end to midrange torque with strong throttle response, making it ideal for street performance applications, towing, and daily drivers. The hydraulic roller design provides superior durability and performance compared to flat tappet cams while maintaining quiet operation. Compatible with stock OE roller small block Chevy engines from 1987 and later, including 262, 265, 283, 305, 327, 350, and 400 cubic inch variants.
