Product Details

The MAHLE 51496CP.020 is a standard piston ring set engineered to OEM-equivalent specifications for engine rebuilds requiring a +0.020" oversize bore. As a product of MAHLE Original — formerly Perfect Circle — this ring set carries the engineering heritage and OE manufacturing standards that professional engine builders have trusted for over 100 years.

Key Features:

 • +0.020" Oversize: Designed for engines bored 0.020" over standard, providing proper piston-to-wall clearance and sealing
 • High Tensile Strength: Engineered for stress resistance and minimal groove pound-out under demanding operating conditions
 • Cylinder Conformability: Low ring mass promotes consistent contact with the cylinder wall for effective combustion sealing
 • Blow-By Control: Precision-fit compression and oil control rings reduce blow-by and help maintain engine compression
 • Oil Economy: Low-friction design supports reduced oil consumption and efficient oil film management
 • OE-Derived Technology: MAHLE's Original line incorporates technologies developed directly from OEM production, including narrow compression rings and coated ring designs
 • Long Service Life: High yield strength and excellent hardness deliver durability through extended engine operation

MAHLE is the world's largest manufacturer of piston rings, with extensive OE connections and a global research and development program. The MAHLE Original piston ring line reflects that expertise, making the 51496CP.020 a dependable choice for professional technicians and engine rebuilders seeking OEM-quality replacement rings.

It was ease and simple.

Easiest and fastest checkout ever!! :)

Easy to shop. However, I couldn't tell how long it is going to take for me to receive my merchandise. I'll know for sure how satisfied when my product arrives.

Very pleasant.

it was fast and easy to find what I was looking for.

Great seller, price, and shipping was fast. I will do business with again.

I ordered my shifter last night and I got a tracking number today, shipment seems to be speedy and arrive in 3 days with standard shipping.. cheapest price I can find anywhere!

Shipping took about a week total from start to finish. A little slow as far as I'm concerned but the awesome price definatley made it worth it. Will order from them again 4.9/5

The best price found on the net for an Airtex fuel pump. Fast shipping via UPS. Received 08/09/2012

Autoplicity is now in my favorites. Order Number:
Ray J.

Smooth transaction! Best price on the floor liner I was looking for, shipped promptly with tracking info provided, exactly as advertised. THANKS!!

Autoplicity is Awesome!!!!! I ordered a Aeromotive Stealth 340hp fuel pump for my 89 Supra Turbo. Not only did they have the best price on the part I ordered, the shipping was the fastest I've seen in a long time from any company. I ordered it on Wednesday, had it shipped to a freinds house where my car is and the part was there Friday morning. I was like DAMN!!!! That was fast I wasn't expecting it till Saturday or even Monday. Luckly my friend was off work that day so he could sign for it. With service like that I will definitely order from them again, even if the part cost a little more, cause I know I will get it ASAP!!!! On top of getting the awesome price, shipping, and customer service, now they are offering another $5.00 off my order. The only thing that could have been better is if they offer Military Discount which I forgot to ask about. Well kids the moral of the story is, that if you don't order from Autoplicity you are just plain DUMB!!!!!!

Had a great price on the parts that I wanted, informed me immediately that the products were back ordered from the manufacturer, and wanted to know if I wanted the parts dropped shipped from the manufacturer or what. They said if I wanted to wait it would take around 2 weeks to ship, they arrived in a week.
