Prothane 1-1123 Front Sway Bar Bushing Kit 15/16 in. AMC Javelin 1971-1974

Upgrade your AMC Javelin's front suspension with the Prothane 1-1123 Front Sway Bar Bushing Kit, designed to replace the factory rubber stabilizer bar bushings with high-performance polyurethane. Prothane's polyurethane compound is significantly firmer than OEM rubber, reducing body roll and improving handling precision without sacrificing ride quality.

These bushings feature grooved internal bores engineered to retain Prothane's proprietary super grease, ensuring quiet, squeak-free operation over the long term. The result is a more responsive front end that keeps your AMC Javelin planted through corners while maintaining street-friendly drivability.

Key Features:

• Fits 15/16 in. diameter front stabilizer (sway) bars
• High-durometer polyurethane construction — firmer and more durable than OEM rubber
• Grooved bore retains Prothane super grease for quiet, long-lasting operation
• Reduces body roll and improves steering response
• Direct OEM replacement — no modifications required
• Also compatible with larger-diameter high-performance aftermarket sway bars of matching diameter
• Includes all necessary bushings and hardware for a complete front installation

Prothane polyurethane bushings are a proven suspension upgrade for classic American muscle and pony cars, offering improved performance over stock rubber components that harden, crack, and degrade over time. The 1-1123 kit is purpose-built for the 1971–1974 AMC Javelin platform.
