Product Details

The COMP Cams SK35-560-8 is a complete hydraulic roller camshaft small kit engineered for nitrous oxide-equipped Ford 5.0L engines. This performance camshaft features aggressive valve timing with 232/244 degrees of advertised duration, designed to maximize power output when running nitrous systems while maintaining excellent drivability characteristics.

Complete SK-Kit Includes:

  • Hydraulic roller camshaft with nitrous-optimized profile
  • High-performance hydraulic roller lifters
  • Timing chain set for precise valve timing
  • Assembly lube for proper break-in
  • Installation instructions and COMP Cams decals

This camshaft kit is specifically designed for Ford 5.0L small block engines and delivers strong mid-range to top-end power. The hydraulic roller design provides the performance benefits of a roller cam with reduced valvetrain wear and simplified maintenance compared to solid roller setups. The 232/244 duration split helps optimize cylinder filling and exhaust scavenging for nitrous applications.

Key Specifications:

  • Advertised Duration: 232°/244° (intake/exhaust)
  • Camshaft Type: Hydraulic Roller
  • Application: Ford 5.0L with nitrous oxide
  • Kit Type: SK-Kit (Small Kit - camshaft and essentials)

Ideal for street/strip applications where nitrous oxide is used for power enhancement. This kit provides all the core components needed for a camshaft upgrade, though additional valvetrain components may be required depending on your specific engine configuration.

My experience with autoplicity was great. Great selection and service. Fast shipping. Will definitely use them again.

Easy and perfect

Good price, quick shipping, no instant refund though!

cheapest price, better than summitt or jegs too

Lowest price usually means sub-par customer service. Not the case at Autoplicity. I had questions after my item shipped, they responded promptly and professionally multiple times, and were totally willing to work with me. Very satisfying, would not hesitate to order from Autoplicity again.
