Product Details

The EBC Redstuff DP31996C ceramic brake pads deliver exceptional stopping power with dramatically reduced brake dust for fast street driving. These advanced synthetic fiber-based pads are enhanced with ceramic particles to provide superior performance over previous generations of Redstuff compounds.

Key Features:

  • 60-90% reduction in brake dust compared to conventional pads
  • Minimal dust contains no steel fiber particles for easy cleaning
  • Synthetic fiber and ceramic compound for enhanced durability
  • Excellent cold bite performance that improves as temperature increases
  • Proven to reduce stopping distance by 13 meters from 100 mph compared to OEM pads
  • Nominal friction coefficient of 0.5 for consistent braking
  • EBC Brake-In surface coating accelerates bedding process
  • ECE R90 brake safety regulation approved
  • Quieter operation than semi-metallic alternatives

These hard-wearing pads are engineered for repeated heavy braking scenarios and deliver impressive performance for sport compacts, hot hatches, and performance sedans. The advanced ceramic formula provides longer pad life and improved braking characteristics compared to earlier Redstuff compounds. Please note that proper bedding requires up to 1000 miles of driving to allow the pad material to conform to the rotor surface for optimal performance.

We ordered a cover for a pickup truck bed and were so pleased that it was shipped so quickly. The price was the lowest that we found on the internet or in any of the stores where we looked. We were notified by e-mail as soon as it shipped. We will definitely shop this site again.
