I paid for 2nd day shipping and 5 days later they were shipped out. So, I should receive my rotors in a full week from when I paid for 2 day shipping. I called customer service and they discounted the shipping rate to ground service. At least they were polite and helpful in the phone.

Product arrived as described, however packing fell short of my expectations as manufacturer's box was taped up and components were jarred around during transit causing some pieces to be scratched.
