Material & Construction:

• Inconel/Nimonic Nickel-Base Alloy — Supertech's premium exhaust valve material, purpose-built for engines that generate extreme exhaust gas temperatures (EGT), including turbocharged and supercharged applications
• One-piece forged construction for maximum strength and long-term reliability
• Sodium-filled valve design significantly reduces valve head temperatures, improving material strength and durability
• Approximately 10% average weight reduction compared to standard stainless valves

Stem Coating Options:

• Chrome Coating — A proven finish widely used in high-performance valve applications
• Black Nitride — A hardening treatment that produces a smoother surface than chrome, resulting in reduced friction between the valve stem and guide, and a minimum microhardness of 800HV
