Prothane 7-116-BL Black Body and Extended Cab Mount Bushing Kit - 16 Piece

The Prothane 7-116-BL is a 16-piece polyurethane body and extended cab mount bushing kit designed for GM S-Series 2WD and 4WD pickups from 1982 to 2000. Replacing worn, deteriorated OEM rubber body mount bushings is one of the most cost-effective upgrades you can make to restore and improve the ride quality and handling precision of your truck.

Prothane's polyurethane bushings are engineered to outperform even new OEM rubber bushings in both rigidity and longevity. They provide the structural stiffness needed for improved handling response while retaining enough compliance for a comfortable, quiet ride on long hauls and daily driving. Unlike rubber, polyurethane resists deterioration from oil, chemicals, and road contaminants that commonly cause OEM bushings to degrade over time.

Key Features:

• 16-piece kit — includes bushings for body and extended cab mounts
• Polyurethane construction — outlasts OEM rubber and resists oil, chemicals, and road grime
• Black color — MPN 7-116-BL
• Improved handling — reduces body flex and unwanted chassis movement
• Street and off-road compatible — suitable for both daily drivers and recreational use
• Direct OEM replacement — no modifications required for installation
• Hardware (bolts, spacers, washers) not included

Prothane body mount bushings are designed and manufactured using 3D CAD-based engineering processes to ensure precise fitment and consistent performance. Prothane backs all suspension parts with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser.
